The 21km race (asphalt and dirt): Departure at Praia da Formosa, in Santa Cruz / facing Avenida Alto da Vela / facing Rua dos Primores / right towards M830 / left towards Rua da Praia Azul / facing Eco Caminho (Rua Casal do Sol) / left towards CM 1058 to Rotunda do Gião on the N9 / right towards N9 towards Torres Vedras / at the Torres Vedras roundabout, right towards N8 / right towards the path under the N8 / Right towards Rua Vitor Cesário da Fonseca / Finish line at Expo Torres. 5Km race Departure from Expo Torres / left towards the bus station street / right towards Rua Vitor Cesário da Fonseca / at the Aldi roundabout left towards N8 in the opposite direction to traffic towards the Barro roundabout / return at the Barro roundabout in the opposite direction to traffic / left towards Eco caminho (Rua Casal do Sol) / continue along CM1058 towards the São Gião roundabout of the N9 / right towards N9 towards Torres Vedras / at the Torres Vedras roundabout right towards N8 / right towards the path under the N8 / Right towards Rua Vitor Cesário da Fonseca / Finish line at Expo Torres.
