Capital City Pride Fun Run

Being proud isn’t bragging about how great you are; it’s more like quietly knowing that you’re worth a lot. It’s not about thinking you’re perfect - because nobody is - but knowing that you’re worthy of being loved and accepted. All you have to do is be yourself and live the story that no one else can live the story of your own unique life. Run for fun - be proud!

The 5K Race is sponsored by DLL Group, F&G, and Amazon! The race will take place at 8 am on the Robert D. Ray Trail.

Packet pick up will be at Fleet Feet in the East Village on Friday June 10th from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. 521 East Locust Street, Suite 100 Des Moines 50309. Fleet Feet will validate your parking if you use the ramp just South of their building. Participants may sign up for the race both at packet pick up and day of race for $40. Shirt is not guarenteed for day of race registation.

All proceeds go to help fund Capital City Pride's programs and events that bring together members of the LGBTQ community, allies, and supporters.
