This extraordinary trail race begins and concludes near Missoula’s University District, taking participants on a journey through multiple mountain summits with a cumulative elevation gain of over 8,000 feet. The course traverses many of Missoula’s renowned open spaces and conservation lands, offering a scenic route around the Pattee Creek Watershed. Showcasing the finest of Missoula’s natural beauty and urban recreation areas, the race features less than two miles of pavement, ensuring a predominantly natural running experience.
