Millerton Lake Triathlon, 5k & 10k

The event includes changes to the course, moving the run to the road to avoid muddy trails and altering the bike route. Participants can enjoy a scenic race with glimpses of Millerton Lake. Each finisher receives a medal, with opportunities for prizes and giveaways, as well as inclusive race photos and a t-shirt. The triathlon is ideal for newcomers and those seeking a seasonal warm-up, with challenging elements including steep hills and a trail run. USAT membership is mandatory, and participation is limited, encouraging early registration. There’s a small vehicle entrance fee onsite.
