Schützenfest Bier Dash

DESCRIPTION

Calling all runners, walkers, and Bier lovers!! The Schützenfest Bier Dash makes it’s grand return for another year of wackiness on Friday June 14 th ! Runners will wind through a scenic course through Kolping’s Biergarten and beautiful woods to create a one-of-a-kind experience. Whether you run, walk, or crawl, your challenge is to quench your thirst at not 1 but 2 beer stations along the way.

After completing the Bier Dash course, runners are awarded a delicious giant Servatii soft pretzel and a celebratory toast of fine German Schnapps at the finish line!

Schützenfest is a fantastic family-friendly experience! When you’re not conquering our Bier Dash course, you will want to explore and enjoy our outstanding lineup of authentic German food, refreshments, and entertainment. Schützenfest features an excellent array of German beers, as well as our famous SchützenApfel Riesling wine. Our entertainment lineup is first class, featuring the best local and regional artists.

Race Info:

The Schützenfest Bier Dash is an untimed, non-competitive fun run, and is the newest addition to Schützenfest, America’s Longest Running German Fest - Seit 1866!

The Bier Dash starts at 7:30 PM on Friday, June 14,2024 following Schützenfest’s opening ceremonies.

Runners will be taken on a scenic course through Kolping’s Biergarten and beautiful woods to create a one-of-a-kind experience. We know this Bier Dash is hard work, and participants will be able to quench their thirst at not 1 but 2 beer stations along the way.

The Kolping Society of Cincinnati is located at 10235 Mill Road Cincinnati, OH 45231.

Staging Area – Just behind our outdoor Pavilion Stage, following completion of the opening ceremonies. Participants are asked to begin to assemble by 7:00 PM, a half hour before the starting time.

All proceeds go to charitable causes.

Registration Fee:

$30 registration fee if signed up between now and Sunday, June 2nd, 2024 at midnight.

$40 from Monday, June 3rd (12:01am) to race time on Friday, June 14th at 7:30pm.

No Refunds will be issued.

We will only be accepting online registrations for this event.
Runners must check in on the day of the race to get a wristband and racing bib; check-in station located
at the front entrance to the Festival, in front of the Kolping Haus Hall.
Runners without an ID will not be able to partake in the Schützenfest 1K Bier Dash.
THIS IS A 21 AND OLDER EVENT! YOU MUST HAVE A VALID PHOTO ID FOR ENTRY.
