Strokes, Spokes and Strides

Strokes, Spokes & Strides is a triathlon set in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, originally launched to celebrate the Waynesboro Area YMCA's anniversary. The event promotes community spirit and is open to athletes of all levels, whether competing individually or as a relay team. The triathlon includes a swim held in the YMCA’s pool, followed by biking and running through scenic landscapes. Participants can also take part in variations like the Aquavelo, combining swimming and biking, or the Duathlon, featuring running and biking segments. The event invites cross trainers, families, and newcomers to endurance sports.
