Course highlights

A stunning course in a beautiful part of Eryri - Snowdonia National Park, at the foot of Cadair Idris. The hamlet of Tal Y Llyn is nestled on the shores of Llyn Mwyngil, a beautiful glacial ribbon lake. Each lap has a total of 1.4km of running and 800m of swimming. A potential of 6 laps covering 13.2km of awesome swimrunning. Swim 1: 300m Run 1: 700m Swim 2: 500m Run 2: 700m
