UNG Comic Run: Heroes Against Cancer 5K

Join us for an exciting event where participants from around the world come together to race in a fun and friendly competition. Awards will be given to the overall top male and female finishers, as well as the top 3 males and females in various age categories. Show off your team spirit with a chance to win the Most 5K Team Spirit award, or participate in the voting for best dressed hero or character from a book, tv show, movie, or comic book.Pre-registered runners and walkers are guaranteed event t-shirts, so be sure to secure your spot early. Packet Pick-Up and Race Day registration open at 7:00 AM at the designated entrance to the campus. Parking is available at Lanier Tech Parking Lot, with easy access to packet pick-up and registration located in front of the Hugh Mills Physical Education Center.

The scenic course will take you on 2 counter clockwise loops around the College campus, passing through one of the parking lots each time. Stay alert to keep track of your laps and head towards the finish line after completing the second loop. Don't miss out on this international racing experience!
