1 k Participants will start from the shore. They swim the distance, swimming the buoys counterclockwise (swim from the right side, leaving the buoy on the left). The start and finish are in the same place on the beach. 3 k Participants will start from the shore. Swim the distance, swimming the buoys counterclockwise (swim from the right side, leaving the buoy on the left). The start and finish are in the same place on the beach. 5 k Participants start from the shore. They swim the distance, swimming the buoys counterclockwise (swim from the right side, leaving the buoy on the left). The start and finish are in the same place on the beach. 10 k Participants start from the shore. They swim the distance, swimming the buoys counterclockwise (swim from the right side, leaving the buoy on the left). The distance consists of two 5 k laps. The start and finish are in the same place on the beach. 2x1 k relay The distance is similar to the 1 k scheme; Participants replace each other on the shore at the start-finish point.
