The 32nd edition of the International Marathon of New Caledonia gains a new route visiting the streets of Nouméa and its beaches.
After the start located in front of the racetrack, the route visits the flat streets of a district of Nouméa during 4 km. The runners will then run along all the bays of Nouméa. They will stay at sea level, but will still have to climb two little hills three times. This makes the route a little challenging. In case of high wind, it can even be difficult. But in August, this is quite rare.
To conclude, the new course should be really pleasant, partially run under the shade of the coconut trees, and along the coast.
