This race was actually called the New Balance Chilly Half not "New Balande". It is now sponsored by Asics Runkeeper. It's a fast, flat and certified course takes you along Burlington's beautiful downtown and waterfront along Lake Ontario. I've been running this race for a few years now and it is well organized and has a great route. You even get a can of Stagg Chili at kit pickup!
