Fall Foliage Gravel Grinder

Join us for the Fall Foliage Gravel Grinder hosted by Berkshire Velo!  We'll be offering a challenging 66 mile route and 49 mile route.  All Routes will start and finish at the Tyringham Volunteer Fire Department Pavilion located in the beautiful town of Tyringham, MA.  All proceeds go to fund and support the Berkshire Velo junior Cyclocross Team.  

The routes have some great challenging climbs as well as wonderfull views of Berkshire County.  Your climbing will be rewarded!  Most of the roads are well maintained gravel roads.  There will be 4 sections of Class IV Vermont style dirt roads, 3 of that are very passable and 1 that requires mad skills!  Recommended tire width of 32mm minimum.  A cyclocross, gravel bike, or hardtail mountain bike are the best options for this ride.  

Its the fall in Berkshire County so please be prepared for varying weather conditions.  It could be 70 degrees the day before the ride and 40 degrees the day of.  So please dress appropriately.  SAG support will be provided.

Chili, brats, and burgers will be available for free at the finish line, complementary from Berkshire Velo.  Will also have some vegan friendly burgers as well.  Beer is BYOB.  Food setup will be similiar to anyone who has ridden our spring gravel grinder, B2G2.
