About the event
The Sequatchie Valley Walk for Alzheimer's is a community-led event supporting the Pat Summitt Foundation’s efforts to find treatments and cure Alzheimer's disease. Held in honor of Pat Summitt, the foundation supports critical research and caregiving resources at its Knoxville clinic. Participants are encouraged to form teams to raise awareness and funds. Attendees can walk or simply support from the sidelines at Harris Park. The event embodies Pat Summitt’s legacy of determination to fight and aim for victory against this debilitating illness. Community involvement is crucial in this essential mission to defeat Alzheimer’s.
