The AHCS Athletics 5K is for the entire family! This year, we have introduced the Cougar Cub Dash, which is open to participants aged 10 years and younger. The course is designed as an out-and-back route. Water and aid stations are located at the turnaround (approximately 1.6 miles), and 3m.
At the Finish Line, all participants will be awarded a Finisher Medal. The 5K is chip timed.
AHCS is a non-profit private school. At AHCS, we offer sports for 3rd to 12th-grade students, making youth sports accessible and inclusive. Proceeds from the annual 5k allow us to purchase uniforms and equipment for our teams. Visit us at https://www.ahchristian.com/ to learn more.
