Classic 107.3 Beat Beethoven 5K

Join us for our 3rd Annual run/walk event to support Classic 107.3 - Radio Arts Foundation. In the 5K race, the goal is to finish before the end of Ludwig van Beethoven's famous Symphony No. 5 (about 33 minutes). Beethoven himself will be running the race and setting the pace! The race starts with the first note of the first movement playing on Classic 107.3. Listen to the symphony as you run, or run with your favorite music (Beethoven won't mind). There will be fun prizes for those dressed as Beethoven, plus raffle prizes and more!

For those interested in a more sedate experience, try the Missy Mazzoli Mile! Grammy-nominated composer Missy Mazzoli was recently deemed “Brooklyn’s post-millennial Mozart”. As a classical composer who is creating beautiful music today, Classic 107.3 wanted to honor her with this 1-mile walk.

Everyone who registers for either event before the deadline will receive an event t-shirt and a finisher’s medal. Kids under 18 receive a registration discount!
