Fat Little Pub Training Run 5K - OH

The Olmsted Spirit Race Series Presents the Fat Little Pub Training Run!

Come out and run with us and preview the new Fat Little 5k Course!  The Fat Little 5k is an awesome annual 5k charity race entering its fifteenth year that raises money for the Alzheimer's Association!  It joins our 2024 Race Series this year and takes place Saturday, June 15th at 9:00AM.  

Pub Run Details:

When: Saturday, March 16th @ 9:00AM

Where: Meet in parking lot between Fat Little Buddies and the Olmsted Township Town Hall Building.

Parking: Next door to Fat Little Buddies in the Greenbrooke Plaza

Why: A fun training run open to all running abilities.  We are focused on wanting to build more of a fun running community and offer training runs to get people to meet in a group and run together!  It is also for those who plan on participating in the Fat Little 5k in June, this run will provide a preview of. the new course this year!  

Cost: FREE!  

***Please note this is a rules of the road training run.  We will be running on sidewalks along the new 2024 Fat Little 5k race route, or off to the side of the road if no sidewalk is available.  Please make sure you are vigilant when running and watch for traffic!

Expectations: The lead pace group will be running at an approximate 8:00/mile pace.  This is a training run so we are not trying to compete, just enjoy the company of others and run together!  

Immediately after the training run join inside Fat Little Buddies for our Pre St. Paddy's Day Party!  

***Everyone who dresses up in St. Paddy's Day Running gear, or have old Fat Little 5k/Olmsted Spirit race shirts will get their first Adult Beverage on Us!  

Everyone who signs up and joins us will also get a raffle ticket.  Fat Little Buddies gift cards and a few running themed prizes will be raffled off inside!

There will be free water/electrolyte beverage and some fruit available for runners as well!
