Get Down in T-Town, brought to you by Topeka United, is a celebration of the rich diversity that makes Topeka our favorite place to be. This year, we're expanding the event to include a 5K Fun Run, daytime activities downtown for the whole family, and an evening concert that you won’t want to miss.
Kick off the day by joining our 5K Fun Run. Runners and walkers of all skill levels are welcome! Participants will meet at Evergy Plaza to sign in and get started. We've planned a scenic route through Downtown Topeka, and around the Capitol Building. Volunteers from the Sunflower Association of Realtors® will be on hand to cheer everyone on and provide a water station to help beat the heat. The route will bring participants back to Evergy Plaza, where you're invited to cool off in the splash pads.
