The race will take place Saturday December 2, 2023 - 9:00 a.m. sharp.
All events start and finish at Crows Woods Complex, 957 East Atlantic Ave. Haddonfield, NJ.

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM - Packet Pickup at Haddonfield Running Company, 131 Kings Hwy E, Haddonfield, NJ

Friday December 1

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM - Packet Pickup at Haddonfield Running Company, 131 Kings Hwy E, Haddonfield, NJ

Saturday December 2 (RACE DAY)

7:00 AM - 8:30 AM - Check in, packet pick-up, and race-day registration (online only, no cash)
8:15 AM - Costume Contest
8:30 AM - Pre-race stretching by Fast Track Physical Therapy
9:00 AM - Race starts

After the race, post-race stretching by Fast Track Physical Therapy.

Holiday Costume contest – prizes for top 3 winners
Cross Country Challenge – for high school teams

SWAG

Shirts and Medals - The first 400 registered participants will receive long sleeved tech shirts.  All participants will receive a custom designed snowflake medal.
Food and Drinks - Post-race refreshments will be provided at the end of the race, including homemade cookies, hot chocolate, water, lemonade, and coffee
