Come out to enjoy not only a fast and flat USATF Certified 5K course, but a Halloween theme complete with a BEST COSTUME CONTEST! Best Male and Female Costumes! All who register by October 16th at Midnight will be guaranteed a dry-fit t-shirt and will also earn a FREE BEER courtesy of our long-time host THE IRISH TIMES PUB on Main Street in Holbrook. Early bird bib pick-up and registration on Friday October 25th at THE IRISH TIMES PUB between 4-6pm!

Top three male and female finishers overall 
Top three (3) males and females in the following age groups:
14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+ 
MONSTER DASH: All Monster Dashers will receive a finisher ribbon!

T-shirts guaranteed for participants who register by October 16th! Limited extra shirts available after that date! First come basis at early bird / day-of!
  Pick up your participant shirt and check out The Irish Times Pub for Friday Happy Hour on October 25th from 4-6pm! We'll be on the back deck.

VIRTUAL HALLOWEEN 5K: $30 w/ event shirt guaranteed if registered by October 16th. Virtual runners not eligible for awards. Virtual Race Information & Participant Instructions: 
WHEN / WHERE?
You may run your race anywhere you choose at your own convenience and post your results anytime by October 26th 2024. Complete your run, and upload your results and photos on the race website.  (You can also go to your RunSignUp profile, go to your Upcoming races, and click on Submit Virtual Results. ) **Don't forget to print out your finisher's certificate after you submit your time by going back to the results! **
 
HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR RACE BIB:
After registering for the race, click the circle icon in the top right corner of RunSignUp.com
-Click "profile" -Scroll down to "Upcoming Races" Select View the Pre-Race bib. Print it out and wear as you run your race! Take a photo and share on social media!

The STRONG ISLAND RUNNING CLUB recognizes the importance of "giving back" to our community. As such, we have aligned ourselves to assist in fundraising on behalf of TEAM RED WHITE AND BLUE. This 501 (c) 3 Charity assists our wounded veterans in a multitude of ways including participation in athletics. Attend a STRONG ISLAND RUNNING CLUB event and help us help our local veterans. Please consider donating at checkout!
Please bring a non-perishable food item to this event to participate in our ongoing effort to help ISLAND HARVEST feed our neighbors on Long Island. We will collect these at The Irish Times Pub on October 30th and all who donate will be entered into a raffle for a free race entry and a special mystery prize!
