Jesse Blancarte 10k Time Trial

Held under USAC permit #9452 • All USAC rules apply. CPSC-approved helmets required • Race held rain or shine. No refunds from promoter, including USAC covered perils • Registration is ONLINE ONLY at bikereg.com/blancarte • Start order based on the category/age group table to right. Riders will be started at 1 minute intervals • Race volunteers will monitor course, but course is OPEN with typically light traffic • Parent or guardian must sign release for all juniors Under 18 and a rollout will be conducted following race • All riders must possess a USAC license.
