The Goatman Race is a captivating trail event in Louisville's beautiful parks, starting at Hogan's Fountain and traversing the picturesque trails of Cherokee Park. This race celebrates Kentucky folklore by honoring the legendary Goatman cryptid. It welcomes participants of all experience levels and offers awards for Overall Male, Female, and Non-Binary champions. Emphasizing environmental awareness, the event is cupless and asks participants to bring their own hydration solutions. Due to limited parking, early arrival and carpooling are advised. For those who cannot attend in person, a virtual option is also available.
