Join us for our very first Strides for Serenity 5k Run & 3K Walk, a fun and inspiring race dedicated to supporting The Serenity Project! This unique event benefits individuals who have experienced trauma and/or addiction, providing them with the healing power of equine therapy.
Race day is more than just a run - it's a community gathering where we come together to celebrate resilience, hope, and the transformative bond between humans and horses. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome, whether you're an experienced runner or simply looking to enjoy a scenic walk for a great cause.
Your participation helps us continue offering life-changing therapy to those in need. So lace up your running shoes, bring your family and friends, and get ready to trot towards tranquility!

Time: Packet pickup begins at 8am, gun goes off at 9am!
Location: Marchant Farm: 12 Marchant Rd, Redding CT 06896
All pre-registered participants will receive a race t-shirt and a finishers medal. We'll also have fun activities, snacks, and the chance to meet some of the wonderful therapy horses from The Serenity Project.
