The 5K Run on the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg Track is back!
Join us as we chase the night on the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg track on Thursday, March 7th! Runners and walkers are welcome at this timed 5K race. All registered participants will receive the following:
Custom, chip-timed race bibDry-fit race shirtCustom finisher's medalRegistration is $40 through 11:59pm on Wednesday, March 6th and will increase to $50 on race day.
The race will start and end on Bay Shore Drive NE, adjacent to North Straub Park, and will join the Firestone Grand Prix race track at turn 9 on Central Avenue, where participants will proceed straight and follow the track in the same direction that the drivers follow during the Grand Prix. The route is fully paved for the entire duration of the 5K distance.
There will be one water station on the course and complimentary bottled waters at the finish line.
Dogs are permitted on the course, but must remain leashed at all times!
Strollers are permitted. Children 3 and under are free and do not need to register/wear a race bib to participate.
Awards will be given to the following winners:
