NorthStone Turkey Trot

Join us for the Annual NorthStone Turkey Trot "Huffin' & Puffin' for Turkey & Stuffin'" Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2024   This year we've partnered with a local race company to provide chip timing for the 5k. In the past, the run was free to participate, but we've heard the feedback that many neighbors want to see this as a timed race. We kept the registration fee to a minimum just to cover cost, and will be asking for donations for the local charity (either through registration or on race day). You will continue to have the option to participate in the Turkey Trot at NO COST if you do not want to be timed and you do not want a T-Shirt.   Please register everyone who will be participating so we can plan the event accordingly (ie. kids fun run has finisher medals for all so we need to know how many kids will be there). Online registration closes November 25th. You must register by November 11th to be guaranteed a shirt. Event details: 7:00am - Packet pick-up  8:00am - Kids fun run 8:30am - 5k (Timed and non-timed)   Cost:  Timed (chipped race) 5k with shirt: $15 or save $5 by clicking on the  NO T-Shirt option  Non-Timed 5k with shirt: $10 or save $5 by clicking on the  NO T-Shirt option  Kids Fun Run: free  or plus $5 to obtain a T-shirt of your size Please register everyone who will be participating, even if it is for a free event! You must register by November 7 to be guaranteed a shirt.  We hope you find that the $10-$15 sign up fee as a minimal charge to help cover expenses and your t-shirt order.  Benefactors: 100% of proceeds will go to the local charity, A Giving Spirit Foundation.

A Giving Spirit Foundation is a Lake Norman based charity that provides financial assistance to Charlotte-area mothers facing a medical crises.  Since 2008, AGSF has provided nearly $400,000 in grants to help women pay for family expenses such as medical bills, utilities, groceries, and rent.  We are an entirely volunteer based organization and are thankful for the support of our local community to help these moms in need!

Proceed down Willingdon, and turn around at Ulsten Dr. and back down to Willington Dr. and back to Club Entrance on Northstone Dr.
