Run for Robin 5k

This will be the 10th Annual Run for Robin 5k. This is a major fundraising event for the Harvey Foundation. This run was originally set up in honor of Robin Harvey, who was tragically struck and killed by a car while training for the Boston Marathon. In her graceful honor we are pleased to host our 10th annual Run for Robin 5k! Over the past 9 years, over 5,000 people have participated in this event. Not only is this race set up to pay tribute to Robin and her beautiful life, but also to raise money for the foundation, including the scholarship award. The Harvey Foundation has been working hard this year growing the organization and outreach here on Nantucket. In the past 9 years we have awarded over $140,000 in scholarship money, to deserving student athletes going on to further their education with the majority of these funds coming as a result of this race.
