Tata Steel Kolkata 25k

It was 1st time experience of 25K. I have participated in 21 Km IDBI 2 ,3 times before but this was some something special and memorable experience of my Life. Every thing was fantastic. I finished 25 km in 2hr 43m. I have only complaint is that race photos are not available free and this is something which is very disappointing. At least 2 ,3 photo should be available for free download. One more thing Tshirt was not for 10k and 5k participant Where people are running for same cause they should wear same uniform this what I think. It looks good people are getting motivation.

My first 25K ever (15th December, 2019). The route was great. Traffic was superbly controlled by Kolkata police. The atmosphere was happening and electrifying. Track was good. But, the best thing about this event is its smooth organization-starting from bib distribution, lining up, bathroom facilities, water supplies, energy drink supplies and ending with smooth medal distribution. I would love to come back to this event again and again.

one of the best arranged and organised Marathon in the heart of city, Kolkata. route selection and hydration point alongwith medals and refreshment , all were fantastic. hats off to the oragniser for having the Yearly event.

this was my first Year of Running, so i go for 10k.and finished in good time also.

Well arranged. At least sitting arrangement for 1 person accompanying the partcipant should be done on the ground. Hope they do it next year.

It is the only 25K race in the country and the best organized and managed race in the East. The route dissects through the heart of the city of Kolkata and attracts a huge number of runners every year.

This gives higher sense of achievement to half marathoners once they complete the race since it is of a longer distance than a Half marathon. This is attractive to me as I want to graduate to a full marathoner in future and look to run longer distance races.

Enjoyed the run in chill weather! The route was amazing passing highlights of city of joy. Very well organized, will definitely join again next year.

Worst event ever where people are harassed. Big big traffick block in major parts of the city. Worthless event
